question about a d15
 

okay so im getting a new engine in a 99 civic ex i just bought and i called a mechanic and he suggested i put the b15 vtec in the car instead of the d16y8 because i could get the d15 cheaper and it only makes 3 less horse power.. does anyone know if this is true?

also does anyone know of any good mechanics in the Raleigh NC area?

and where i can get a good used engine ?
