Please help!! Hondata Fuel issue maybe??
 

Well, I have looked through about a hundred forums and cant seem to fix my car. I have a freshly rebuilt NA GSR in an EG. I plan to turbo once i get it running right. Skunk 2 IM, PLX wideband, Hondata s300, Rywire harness. I had it running but it had a high idle. After about 5 minutes it just shut off and, i cannot get it going again. I am getting spark. i dont know if there is a fuel issue but when I turn the key to prime the fuel, I only get about 20 psi, and if I turn the key again it goes up to about 40 and it seems to be dropping pretty fast unless i pinch the return line. Then if I crank right after i prime, it will fire but then after the first fire it just cranks like the fuel stopped going to it. If i re-prime it will fire again. I replaced the pump, filter, and FPR. When i put in a stock p28 ecu, it fires right up. I dont know if there is something i need to do in smanager, but it doesnt seem to make a difference by adjusting cranking or overall fuel trim. Can someone please help me?
