Default Troubleshooting: 2005 Honda CR-V with DTC P2647. How does one attack this ?

Hello. I ahve a 2005 Honda CR-V. It has a DTC P2647. Will not go away. Changed the VTEC oil pressure switch and then the oil pressure switch assembly with a new solenoid. Code still present. Tested BN/YE wire ground circuit has good ground less than two ohms. Tested BU/BK wire. from ECM. Has 12V when key on and 0V when Key off. Disconnected ECM connector B. Tested pin 11 @ ECM. Has 12V when key on and 0V when key off. Also all the connector pins have a good secure connection and no corrosion. Checked BU/BK Those two wires are not shorted together, to power or to ground. Would the ECM be causing this concern? Removed wiring cover and no wire issues on wires.

Hello
i was wondering how you got on with this problem.
I am at the same stage your are at and have even taken the Vtec oil pressure connector apart to check the pins . Next step is the unclip the entire wiring look back to the main harness looking for a connection issue there .

Yes genuine Honda complete Vtec spool assembly with new Vtec oil pressure switch and new solenoid and screen etc.
this got rid of code P2646 but code P2647 keeps popping up when car is warm? Or so I think . Will be changing the pressure switch connector next and checking wiring back to the harness .
