Now Spark Coming Out of Coil in 95' honda Accord
I have a 95' Honda Accord. it isn't getting spark. There is no spark coming out of the coil. We tried replacing the coils and there is still no spark. There are three wires going into the coil. A black wire, a fat yellow wire and a green wire. We did a light test and the black wire is hot, but the yellow and green wires are not hot. Are the yellow and green wires suposed to be hot?

Sounds like the ICM, [igniter] is bad. or no power to the distributor assembly, check for power on the black/yellow to the distributor assembly with ign. switch in run AND when cranking to start, it could be a bad ign. switch....Honda Service Bulletin - Faulty Ignition Switches. 94

When we tried to start it there was no power going to the distributor. There was nothing coming out the other side of the coil. When it died it just cut out when I was driving it.

Do you have power to the distributor when ign. switch is in the run position, [not all the way to start]? 94

Check the black/yellow, black/red and white/red for power when ign. switch is in run, test this at the ign. switch, if good, find open circuit on the black/yellow going to the distributor check at engine bay fuse box and engine bay harness plug, [test both sides of any plug].
Yo can "jump" 12V+ from batt. to the black/yellow to confirm that an open circuit on the black/yellow is the problem, if engine starts with the jumper then you will have to find open in circuit. 94
