NOS Buildup & Help-Opinions wanted also

NOS or N/A? Need opinions and help
Ok guys, I'm at it again. With the selling of my rims imminent, I am looking for ways to blow $$$. I need some help on the buildup of different setups.
1st Hypothetical Situation
1. Sell rims
2. ITR intake manifold, ITR Cams, ITR Cam Gears, VTEC controller
2nd Hypothetical Situation
1. Sell rims
2. ZEX dry kit or NOS dry kit w/ a 55 shot
Right now I just have a b16a in my crx. It has i/e and will have a crappy header on it after tomorrow. No internal mods yet, which is why I'm hesitating on the NOS. What kind of hp gains am I going to get from situation 1, and should I do it over situation 2? I am going to have about 600-700 to spend and want to know which would be most beneficial not only for times but for engine right now.
