Noisy Valve train

I installed Buddy club Spec 4 cams, Buddy Club P1 valve springs (dual springs) and cam gears. Since then when i drive the head sound super noisy, there is a annoying rattle that sounds like something is loose.

A friend told me to recheck my Valve lash, another told me that it is the inner valve springs.

Anyone else installed similar and had tones of noise?

check your lost motion assemblies...is it local to a certain area or does the hole head make noises? cause high lift cams and stiff valve springs are alot noiser than stock.

It seems like the entire head.... it sounds like a train on tracks.....
Is that normal..... it takes some getting used to but it bites

i know for a fact that my buddies crower cams have a tighter valve lash clearance as opposed to stock.

.006-.008 as opposed to .009-.012

as long as the valve spring you got accomodate the lift on the cams to avoid coil bind your good. it sounds like its just noisy. you could post up a video or sound clip and we could help more
