i never hoooked them up yet and ive driven my car for 2000 miles ,will this hurt my car?

no but im pretty sure you're ecu is throwing a code. unless you're running a chipped p28 then its coo. otherwise you're just running rich because the comp is signaling limp mode. bad for power .
