Thatguy!!

So... I'm building a one of a kind off-road machine using a 2013 arctic cat prowler frame and body. I'm using a 2004 Honda civic 1.7l engine and transmission turned sideways to power the front and rear differentials. My problem is in doing so I've lowered the gear ratio to about a 1: 7.15. Which in turn limits my top speed to around 35 mph because of the speed limiter. I'm curious how I can manually bypass the speed limiter if possible? Or what are the best options to remove it?
