NEED HELP D-series CODE 20

My friend and I just put a rebuilt MINI-ME in his CRX. It wont start and code 20 is flashing and the manual says that it is an electric load not sure what to do maybe we need to make another ground. The motor turns over just wont start i guess we will try another ground for now but any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you reset your ecu yet?
