Need help!
 

So i just have some questions about my engine that i am planning on rebuilding/upgrading before i drop it in my civic si body. Is a turbo really worth it? Or would a good cold air, intake manifold,throttle body,headers and exhaust be better for the money? What about new camshafts, cams, pistons? I just wanna get a lot of hp and not spend 4 k on a complete turbo. Also i have had mixed opinions on engines..any suggestions on which one would respond best to the upgrades I listed?

Alot of hp for under 4k is hard to come by. It wont happen NA, you might try finding a decent used turbo kit for $1000 (not ebay crap) and run it a low boost. That's probably your best option.

^id second that, if u can find one for cheap. Then if u want, u can rebuild the turbo with new seals and stuff. I plan on boostin my DA over winter. boost is worth it IMO
