my speedometer going crazy

I need help ...when I hit my VTEC on my 00 si it seems to go alil crazy...any help with wat it could be ?

Have u checked Ur speed sensor to make sure there wasn't any corrosion on the terminal in the sensor its self or on the harness side? U can get some sensor cleaner at autozone or whatever parts store u have near you if you do have corrosion or it may be time for a new speed sensor.
