LSD Question
 

I am going to tear into my b-series tranny soon and I want to what exactly an LSD will do for me. What are some good brand names? What do I need for an install? How much slip do they decrease? I am Building an Ls/v-tec and it will be a daily driver. Any help is greatly apreciated. Thanks
