leak down test results

Hey guys I have a 96 spec itr with skunk stage 2 cams and did a leak down test on it. i blasted it with 28psi of air in every cylinder and got 0% leakage. is that good?

zero leakage is not possible.

Testing at 28psi proves nothing, retest at 100psi for accurate results.
