Default Just got my intercooler piping welded - how do you clean up the welds on the inside?

I have some 2.5" SS intercooler piping, just had it TIG welded, looks great. Only problem is on the inside of the pipe you can see the rough parts of the welds. I can reach the closest ones with a dremel, but there's noway I can get to the rest since they are so far into the pipe.

How does one go about cleaning / smoothing the piping out? Any advice would be appreciated....

There's a way to prevent/reduce the penetration on the welds by backpurging the tube with an inert gas (argon and other gases mixed with argon are commonly used).

Aside from that, maybe extrude honing? It'll knock it down and smooth it out some, but it can't completely eliminate the protrusion.
