Default Interesting no start issue for carbureted car

Have a carbureted truck that cranks over, but won't start. A rocker arm snapped, and dropped a valve in cylinder 4, replaced the valve, rocker arm, etc, and put back together. Timing is correct, checked 3 times by 2 different people. Distributor points to cyl 1 spark when at tdc.

The truck has fuel going to the intake and head (plugs smell and look moist from fuel), spark at each of the 4 plugs, and compression reads 125 on all 4 cylinders.
Can't figure out why it won't start. Looking for help or suggestions.

Thanks
