intake manifold

OK heres the deal. I have a 98 civic cx. I am buying a 96 SOHC VTEC intake manifold from this guy for $120 shipped. It comes with all sesors, fuel rail, tb, etc. Will it bolt right up to my 98 cx? Im getting it to get rid of the stupid TB that points straight up. Im pretty sure that it bolts right on, I dont know why it wouldnt. Let me know H-T members, thanks.

it should bolt up fine
