Idle and Throttle Problem

alright here it is i have just recently finished my h22 swap in 5th gen accord. I have swapped the two ecu pins and have adjusted my tps(the best to my knowledge). Now i have no knock sensor so i am throwing a light, also side note i have two codes one for the knock and another for the egr. can the knock throw the egr code?
anyways back to main problem, i am obviously running in safe mode like this right now, i am getting a p28 with hondata so no need for knock so when i get that it will be fixed. but the problem is right now my idle is really really low, im talking 400-500 rpm and thats if it actually idles, once it warms up it and i come to a stop it will just drop and die out. And then when i try to adjust the throttle cable to give it more gas at idle i have this weird problem which is hard to describe. at idle it will be up and down rapidly but not over alot of rpms just rapid, and if i give it just a little bit of gas it will do the same thing as i am in gear and i accelerate, i have to give it more gas to get past the point, its really weird if i dont give it alot of gas it will knock the car back and forth in any gear at the low rpm and its killing me i need help SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME thanks in advance https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
oh ya and the iacv is brand new
