Idle Surging
 

When i brought my car out of hibernation I had this prob. So anyways, i fixed up a cam timing problem i had on the intake cam (carried over from last yr), and for some reason the idle surge went away.

Last wk I was filln up gas (first time after hibernation) and i dumped a bottle of Slick50 Total Fuel System cleaner into my car as well. Now, my car's idle surges at every light. I dunno if it had somethign to do with the fuel additive.

Any ideas as to why my car keeps surging?

More details:
this only happens when the car is warm. I don't have a CEL either. Doing some search i read about the Idle Air Flow Sensor? Where is it located on a JDM B16A1?
And how can i go about inspecting it?
