HID headlight bulbs

Hey guys, I am curious about an HID headlight bulb. Im trying to improve my light quality for night driving. I found a bulb, "Night Breaker," has anyone used them? Or can you recommend another bulb to fit my 98 civic ex.

It seems that most people don't enjoy those who have HID bulbs in non projector headlights. I would highly suggest kinda of steering away from those unless you have those. But i use the Sylvania Silverstars and they work perfectly for me. But if you do go with the HID please adjust your headlights properly :)

"Night Breakers" aren't HID they're halogens. I swapped my OEMs with Silverstars and couldn't tell a drastic difference, just whiter light. Unless you get an actual HID kit you probably won't see much of an improvement.

I've purchased many kits from these guys;

Watch out for glare and hot spots when just throwing bulbs in stock headlight housings. Your best bet is to retrofit some projectors in aftermarket housings. A bit of work but best results.

Pass on that PnP crap if you respect other driers on the road. There are no hot spots. Just incredible glare that blinds oncoming traffic or the person in front of you through their rear view mirror.

I'e heard good things about the Osrams.

That's why I said retrofit in a real projector. I'm making a setup with some morimoto's from http://www.theretrofitsource.com

I agree with you that I hate it when everyone driving around me just has thrown in bulbs and it blinds me.
