Help wit reverse lights
 

Ok so I have a 99 civic. Was always a 5 speed. Had to get a new harness.(junkyard) only had an auto harness. I'm pretty good wit Hondas n wiring but I can't figure out the reverse lights. Worked before harness swap. Iac re-pinned n all is good. Jus need info on how to use an auto harness n a Manuel transsmission to get the reverse light to work. Plz help. Don't need to get pulled over cuz I have no reverse lights. Thanks!

You're good with "Hondas n wiring" huh?

Since the harness is for an automatic the reverse circuit is not present. You'll have to pin it in. You could use your stock harness to figure out where to run the wires.

I am good wit Hondas. I've been working on them n building them for 6 years. This is the first time I've ran into this. Never crossed my mind to pin it. I've done swaps builds auto to Manuel. 3 pin iacs to 2 pin. I never asked for ne thing until this. I used the stock reverse wiring on the auto harness but didnt work cuz I don't have the shifter plug from the auto car. Ill pin it out tomorrow n see how it goes.
