HELP! Getting code, 71, 72, 73, and 74...all 4 cylinder misfire
Aside from getting the prior code 45 (lean mixture) on my b20 swap, i'm getting codes 71-74 for cylinder 1, 2, 3, 4 misfires. I think this may have happen after I changed the spark plugs a week ago...but never a problem for the first 5 months since the motor was running in my civic.
A misfire in all four cylinder...is this harmful, and what can I do to fix this problem?...
I changed it to the factory spec NGK V-power plugs....did i improperly installed them?

It cannot be. I got the NGK's at PepBoys..had them looked up for the specific application. When I pulled out the old ones to compare them with the new plugs, they were identical.
