head bolts

what kind of head bolts do i use for a b18c gsr head on top of a b16a si bottom-end? do i use the gsr or si?

Use b16 head bolts. I think that the b18c bolts are too long.

correct!
Dohc vtec heads are the same height so it deminetion wise it would be just like putting a b16 head on that b16 block
