H22A1 wobbling cam gear? help!
i recently picked up a 92 prelude si with what seems to be a pretty fresh H22 swap in it. i can't help but notice that the right cam gear wobbles and the timing belt walks from side to side on it, all the while the other cam gear is fine and belt stays straight on it. i also noticed a very very very slight hairline crack in what seems like the faulty cam gear, could this be the cause of the wobble? anyone ever have this issue? i plan on replacing the cam gears and starting there. https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/honda-t...193bf8a646.jpghttps://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/honda-t...9967e81dc5.jpg

Yes, replace the cam gear. Also, make sure you remove all of that red silicone before you reinstall the valve cover... all that extra crap can break loose and end up in the oil pick up starving the engine of lubrication and eventually destroying it.
