Fuel pump primes after 5-10 minutes of waiting

Hello people,

Heres the situation.

Car: 93 Honda Civic
Motor: Stock LS on boost.
ECU: Chipped P75 ecu with Moates Demon RTP

After turning the key to the on position the check engine light comes on and stays on for about 5 minutes and then turns off. When the MIL light turns off finally my fuel pump starts priming.

I swapped ecus with a stock non-chipped ecu and everything works fine. So I know the problem resides in the chipped ecu.

Then I removed the J1 jumper from the chipped ecu and tried again and the problem still persisted.

I read somewhere that the C14 capacitor is problematic and tends give out. So I tried swapping that out with one I got from another ecu. Problem still persisted.

I really would like to fix this ecu instead of socketing and chipping another ecu. What other troubleshooting could I do on my chipped ecu and do you have any idea what the proble could be. Thank you

I've seen that problem before, I can't say what happened internally with the ecu but it was permanently resolved by completely changing the ecu.

It is a problem with the ecu. Pretty easy fix pm if your want to resolve the issue,

Yea I figured it was a problem internally in the ecu. I was trying to avoid replacing the ecu. Instead I wanted to pinpoint the problem within the ecu by replacing components or fixing a trace whatever it takes. Through this Im hoping to learn how to fix ecus instead of just replacing them

I have finally figure out the problem.

It was the dang q10 transistor in the ecu.

Edit: I thought I fixed this problem but the problem still continues
