Default B16a single valve spring on intake side ??

Ok I have a b16a head, I'm guessing from the look that it's stock valvetrain.
Got to lookin at the springs and I noticed that it's single spring on the intake side and dual spring on the exhaust , which I know it's suppost to be reversed or if it was off a automatic it would be single on both sides.
Now my question is knowing that it doesn't come that way is it safe to roll like this on my turbo set up or will I float a valve easier on the intake side.

Also I wanted to ask actually how loud and is it a constant knock/tapping on bad LMA's?

theres a reason someone did this. are you for sure that the springs are b16 in the first place? did some1 run this as it is before?
sounds like it needs valve job with all that excessive loud tapping/knocking. ticking is normal. excessive loud isnt good. its slop. less power and reliability of parts,.

To be honest I have no clue if they are b16 springs, would there be anything I could tell visually see to say? And yes it was ran by the previous owner like this.

The LMA's didn't seem in good shape so I ordered the newer style a few days ago.
I did valve adjustment after valve adjustment and no difference in noise.
I built the block up wiesco pistons+eagle rods+acl race bearings , arp rod and head hardware. Used this head on that block and had it tune, tuner said it didn't sound normal but I made good numbers and haven't had any real issues. Just sounds awful tapping so loud.

if it was ran by previous owner did you ask him about the LMAs? sounds like the springs setup is too light. not heavy enough.

i hear gsr/itr springs were stiffer. could buy some of them for peice of mind.

could always look in a haynes manual to see how and where springs are supposed to go
valve springs dont carry #s on them. so its always a mysterey

I got in touch with the previous owner of the b16a, he said he had a machine shop put new valves in a while back and they must have put the dual springs on the exhaust side ., we'll after speaking to him a little more he doesn't know much about building motors so I'm just gonna do a rebuild on it
Any suggestions on a upgraded valvetrain? I've done a bit of reading and the supertech dual valve springs and metal or titanium retainers seem good and maybe some dished Std size ferrera valves . Any input Is appreciated

don't waste ur money if ur running stock cams.
dont waste ur $ on valves if not running real high boost.
jus hav urs lapped.
supertech is a great brand.
titanium retainers r strongest. dont get steel or alum or chromoly.
make sure u match valve spring set to whatvr cams

Ok I'll just have my stock valves checked and lapped.
As far as cams I'm just running gsr cams,
On 20 psi now don't really plan on goin any higher.
I'll probably just get the supertech dual valve springs and titanium retainers then..
I've been researching cam upgrades and I'm leaning towards Brian crower stage 2 turbo cams.

My first tune was by slowmotion motorsports , overall I felt he did a good job. It ran great!
My buddy dale is having TPR do his build and he seems to think they are decent so I may take it there for a tune after I'm done rebuilding it , first I have to get rid of this nasty tapping , it's to the point to where it's almost embarrassing.
