F20B Maintenance Help

Does anyone know what head gasket I can use? Do I have to get a custom Cometic one for H22 with 85 or 86mm bore, or is there some other option out there? I don't know much about B-series, but maybe one of those'll work?

What about the t-belt? I have read in other posts that I could use the H22 timing belt, but that it is off by one tooth. This is supposedly OK, but I haven't been able to find the reason why - i.e. if there is some adjustment that needs to be made or not. Please help!

if you ever go on ebay there is a seller by the name bernard28 who sells the head gasket set for that motor but make sure it says PCB in the listing because there is a SOHC F20B motor. No bs i bought my head set from him and it came in a day from singapore. but it cost 240 with shipping i dont remember what he said it costed for just the gasket alone

As for the belt, i did the timing service on my brothers F20b and the belt fit fine it wasnt tight or loose and ALL the timing marks lined up. it has a manual tensioner conversion. You could inquire with cometic about the gasket but most likely they'd want you to send them a gasket that they can go off of or have you measure the dimensions yourself. If you choose to go custom you may as well send it to them, but if the motors in your car already you may be in for a wait unless they already did an F20b gasket for someone already, which they did a turbo gasket for someones f20b +3mm who ended up selling the gasket on ebay
