engine and trans swap
hi honda tech,
i am a new guy on this web suite i enjoyed reading this web suite because it is so very informative keep up the good work. i got a big question hope some one can help me please i have at my shop a 1991 or 1992 ACURA INTEGRA LS (with automatic transmission) very low mileage and a big damage in rear but engine & trans is still good. well i drive to work is a 1991 HONDA CIVIC LX 4 DOOR(automatic) car is very clean i would to put the engine & trans from the INTEGRA LS into the HONDA CIVIC that i can & change the ecm & engine mounts put the bigger front disc & rotor with no headache were the headache come in is that i would like to keep my (power steering / air con the big thing is that i dont know how to do the wiring for the trans to let it work and shift right. the next thing is that i would like to use the rear disc & rotor set up from the INTEGRA LS but i was told it would not work on the 4 door civic but it can work on the two coupe civic i don't know how true that is i need help in this part of the job can you help or someone out there can help me. send or e-mail a how to do wiring diagram please i need help big time. thank you tony name......... tony foster address...... 180-04 state road breezy point ny 11673 https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emdgust.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emdgust.gif |

i have got your reply i am auto mechanic but i am new at this type of work what is hybrid i realy dont know my way around this suite as good as you don't be mad with me i am not look to build a race car i just need to let the civic can move itself out of it own way a little better. thank you. |
