ECU CODE #2
got a jdm b16 in a crx and it is throwing a code 2
i understand that this is the tdc sensor or sumthin like that ....... could this be why my car dies for no aparent reason and will start right back up again???? wen i changed the timing belt about a week ago i made sure that the crank lined up with the block and the cams lined up wit the holes in the splater guards...could it be distributor placement???? |

Re: ECU CODE #2 (fourthgenhatchB17)
yes the answer to your question would be a distributor problem. That is exactly wat happened to my car. Check your ICM (ignitor) in your distributor, also check your ignition coil. Also check all grounds (chances are it won't be this, but check them anyways. Good Luck!
