Crower Camshafts

I'm planning on building a high compression B18C5, all the reading I've done here sees most people opting for either JUN Type III or Toda B-C camshafts. Just wondering, anyone have anything good or bad to say about crower camshafts ? (Stage III ones) Other name brand suggestions welcome https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/embeer.gif

Thanks for any and all input,

Si

DOHC Crower = Breakage.
CORRECTION DOHC VTEC. The LS Cams ROCK!!!

Suggest you get a cam designated for the power band you want, not on other peoples "big power JDM rocks" opinions.

yeah, crowers tend to break. especially with stiff springs and revving high.

No offence to others but I have 2 freinds with Crower stage 2 and stage 3 in B18C5's

Great camshafts no problems and great power coming out of them.

G2 Integra Stage 2 All motor - 13.5 at the track
G3 Intagra Stage 3 All motor - 13.4 at the track

I'm also under the impression that crower has come a ways in the durability and reliability for B-series applications. Input still appreciated.

Re: Crower Camshafts (Spade)

i have no idea about these supposed problems with crowers, 4 people i know personely run them everyday in the only car they own and they run fine, there are just as many jun and toda cams that break as crowers, most of the time is improper install.

I will swear by crower to anyone that asks about them, they make great power for all 4 cars they were put on, i give a https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif to CROWER for a great product at a great price

I would go with JUN III Cams ....Those are some good Cams....But Crower are OK.. but I would suggest JUN III https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif I seen alot of good results.......your choice man!!
