code 43 still persists: any ideas?

I've been trying to deal with a code 43 for the longest time. It's a fuel system problem. I've replaced the 02 (3 times), the fpr, injectors, fuel filter, and now have a walbro pump. An ecu is next on the list. The problem started after I removed my air bag; might just be a coincidence.

I've noticed that after I shut off the car, the fp drops to zero w/i a couple seconds. I believe fuel pressure should stay up for a little while. My fp guage shows around 42psi when the engine is running. I have no clue what the problem might be. Anyone have pictures around the fuel filter area. I just wanted to make sure that nothing is missing that's causing the problem. Thanks.

just an idea but if you are dropping pressure think may it could be fpr. i don't know how they act when they go bad but. i have noticed that they do go pretty often.

I've changed the fpr already, but I still have the same problem.
