Clutch pedal has no pressure sometimes?

I have a b16 cable tranny with ACT 6 pad and HDPP 12lb flywheel... Sometimes my clutch pedal becomes super soft and not the usual heaviness. My cable is pretty much tightened down close to the end and I know my 6 puck is worn... i still chirp into 3rd but I just have that inconsistent pedal pressure every now and then... Any explanations???

Have you tried to adjust the cable to tranny i had same problem with Ls. give it a try

I have seen the firewall crack where the pedal is mounted, usually due to the force exerted by the pedal......
