Car Idle's Ok, but car has heavy bog!

My car was turbo'd before, and I just recently put eveything back into stock. Everything is stock except my JE 9:1 pistons and eagle rods. As everything else is stock, along with some advance timing adjustment, the car idle's "somewhat" ok. If I apply some throttle, the car has "HEAVY" bog. I get complete bog as soon as I apply a bit of throttle. There are no check engine lights, which seems a bit odd. Also, my fuel pressure gauge reads at 40.

Can I get some help please!

Try checking your O2 sensor... clean it.

did you have your timing belt off? maybe you got it off a tooth . that would explain the problem . even if you did not have it off i would still check it.

it sure sounds like you have your tps plug and map plug switched

I'm new with the term "tps", but I'll work on that. Yes, my timing belt was off and I slapped that back on.

That happened to me the other day and it turned out to be one of my sparkplugs, was bad.

TPS = throttle position sensor.
