1. Disable Oxygen Sensor (Open Loop)
2. Disable Oxygen Sensor Heater
3. Debug Mode (Disable O2 and more)
So I would assume that if you are to check the disable O2 (open loop) check box. That would disable closed loop IIRC.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I checked all three and it still does it, but not as bad.
I guess I'm back to unplugging the TPS.

that right there was the first symptom of my tps going bad. got worse from there on out.
OP, did you ever switch out the blox tps for an oem?

No I haven't found an oem yet. I'm still looking though. Do I need to use a OBD2 tps?

OBD doesn't matter and I'm also pretty sure that you can use a tps from any Honda car. It doesn't have to be the same make/model/year IIRC. I was using an OBD1 TPS from a Civic on my OBD2 96 Accord.

Pull apart & clean your FIT (fast idle thermo valve) with some carb cleaner, and replace your MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor. Also, clean out the little hole for the MAP with some wire and carb cleaner, make sure it's not clogged. These fixed my B18C with the same problem.
PS for a Blox TPS, make sure it idles with a 0.5v signal (you might need to loosen it and twist it around). Leave it connected or you'll clog up your cat & O2 sensor again, all it's doing is running super rich. Also, make sure you have the notch under the TPS in between the grooves, or it obviously won't detect your throttle position. You probably already know that, but just FYI.
