hard to say. could be too much timing or lack of fuel.. anything. did u change anything before it started happening?

He did say it was running rich though. But what does OP mean by "a lil rich". Do you have a wideband and can give us some AFR numbers? Flooding the engine with fuel will make it stutter like you describe, until the ignition kicks up, but the problems could be unrelated as well. |
what is a good fp for my setup? its at 40psi right now should i turn it down more or higher it? um im going to try plugs and see whats up. bc my plugs were black carbon, means real rich or ignition??? so imma see whats up. anymore ideas? and if someone could hit me back about psi on the fpr.
|
hey everyone, i tried to regap the plugs bc they were at .044 and that was too big i regaped to.030 and it run a lil better but still high rpm sputters or say missfireing. umm the plugs are kinda old and were black i checked for cracks didnt see any but who knows? can that be a problem? also i cleaned them up and still did it, im thinking of trying to get brand new ones and gap then and go from thier, anyone else have any ideas on what it can be? plese get back to me thanks

|

Re: (superhatchbackbros)
its probably just running too rich bro..when it runs too rich it wont matter what you have your plugs gapped to..once they get fouled out by too much fuel..and become carboned up they're not gunna wanna fire properly..put some new plugs in ngk bkr7e's if ya can and gap em to about .030..i bet you it runs alot cleaner and stronger but it wont last that long because the same thing will happen again until you get it tuned...hope ya get it rite!!!!

how to fix your problem: get on a dyno

lol aight thanks. going to get it tuned https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif
