Re: ITR head ?
There's only really two b-series vtec heads, b16a/b18c5 and b18c1. Is the head on a motor, assuming it is look at the intake manifold. If it's a stock intake manifold and it's a gsr manifold, then you have a b18c1 head, that would be the simplest way of knowing.
If it has a stock intake manifold and it's not a gsr, you are looking at either a b16a or b18c5 manifold. b16a/b18c5 head castings are the same design, b18c5 heads had no more than minor hand porting and a valve job done before assembly. They have slightly different valves and dual valve springs. Without taking off the valve cover the intake isn't solid proof of anything even if you know what a b16a mani looks like and the ITR mani looks like, a b16a mani could be on the ITR head and an ITR mani could be on the b16a head.
Search the FAQs for any specs you can find on b-series motors and ITR motors, there are stamps on the head castings, I don't recall many details about those, but it could be an other way of identifying the head.

Re: ITR head ?
The easiest way is to look for the green paint that is put on at the factory where the furthest rear bolt on the dizzy goes, looking straight down at the head there will be that flat spot about 2"x3/4" where there should be green paint. Sometimes it gets cleaned off from pressure washing the engines but you can usually still see a little bit of green if you look hard enough.

PR3-3 does not mean a thing. Here is my old FS thread with ID pictures and links.
