bbk intake manifold problem
 

i have a lsvtec with a b16 head. i purchased a bbk intake manny for a b18c5/b16/b17 the bolt holes dont lineup at the top they are too low an they ones on the sides dont line up either just the bottoms line up. the top holes are flat. i cant figure out whats wrong and i cant find a diagram of a gsr bolt pattern to see if they have missed labeled the part. any help would be appreciated

Maybe its for a gsr head and not for a b16.

b16 and GSR manifolds have different flanges. And it sounds like you got a gsr.

i called bbk they claim they dont make one for a gsr so i ordered a new one it is the same thing my gasket doesnt match upso i am now selling it for $200 never installed have all hardwareneed to sell to buy an edelbrock

Dude that company is confusing as hell. Its only for a gsr, i just purchased one a little while ago and had the same issues. The website I purchased from said one thing, their site said another, and the box was different too. Its for a gsr only!
