Default B16A2 Valvespring vs B18C-R Valvespring

A friend of me was by an Enginebuilder. He had 16 Spring´s of the EG6 and 16 from ITR. And he said the B16A2 are harder then from Integra Type R and u can rev without Problems to 9000 rpm (Cluster) real 8800 rpm.
Is that true? Have anybody the same information?
I know the B16 had on intake double and the ITR on booth side´s.

What does any of this have to do with his topic?

No, the Integra Type R runs the B16/GSR dual intake springs on the exhaust side and stiffer dual springs on the Intake side. The stock springs are always stiffer on the intake side since the valves are larger and weigh more. Thus, if the intake side was moved to the exhaust and then stiffer intake springs added, those would indeed be the better ones.

Hate to say it, but some people just aren't good or knowledgeable at their profession.
