im running a p28 on my 99 ek with a b16a2 would i need to chip it to get the full power out te engine?? or will it run the same as now??:wave:

yes if you chip it and tune it. Dont waste your time or money with the generic chips on ebay. Dont expect large gains either if it is stock you probably wont even notice a difference except on a dyno

u dont need to chip it unless u modify the engine dynamics for eg raised compression/boost new intake manifold ported head bigger valves valve job cams cam gears etc etc ur stock ecu is there to handle the fuel and timing so no need to chip unless u want some extra features like Launch control rev/rev limit change etcetc
btw wat are ur mods?

i just got headers, exhaust,intake on my engine

Skip it. It's not cost effective for the tiny amount of power you'll pick up.
