Are all B series valve covers interchangeable?

Will B16 fit on a B18?

I want to shave a B16 valve cover and put it on my LS, does it just bolt right on?

Im pretty sure a vtec valve cover will only fit on a vtec head and a non vtec valve cover will only fit on a non vtec head.

ok cuz i was looking into geting a type R b18 valve cover but didnnt no if it would work on my engine
