Apexi VAFC installation question
 

For those of you who have installed the vafc, did you have to switch the vtec signal wires and the pressure signal wires?

I came across this thread and they are saying the apexi manual is wrong...

I've looked at both the Japanese version, which came with my vafc, and the online English version. They both show the same wiring. You can see the page 11 in question here:

How could they not correct the print for so long? Please let me know who's right. Thanks.

I hooked mine up as the manual showed, the only reason I did is because the manual online matches the paper manual I have. Maybe it was an older manual that was wrong?

The yellow and white wires are the only ones that should be switched. If you don't believe me the hook them up as the manual states and see what happens. I believe apex has an update but I haven't "verified it" with my findings. What computer are you running?

This is for my 94 gsr with whichever ecu that comes with.

Can you tell me what happens when the yellow and white wire are not switched? The update file only shows where the VTM wire goes... it doesnt say what it does exactly though.

I have it hooked up as my manual and the online manual states and I have absolutly no problems. No codes, VTEC engagment, everything is fine?

When installing the vafc did you use the section that shows the ECU plugs and each color for each pin? I have a OBD-0 PR3 ECU and the manual is far off for this ECU. I believe some diagrams are correct and some are not. I just know the OBD-0 PR3 is one thats wrong.
