Another what is this bolt thread.

What is this bolt to the left of the arrow? It's from a 94 civic ex and I believe the bolt is 19mm.

Also, does it have to be properly torqued?

19 mm, AC/lower engine mount

12x1.25 mm threads, torque to 43 lb/ft.

No need to be exact though.

I believe it is the front left engine mount bolt.

correct me if im wrong, but the other bolt in the pic is the engine mount bolt? I had a wrench on it the other day triing to get the idler pulley off of the a/c mount
