Air Intake Question
 
What type or brand of Air Intake Filters are the loudest and performs the best?

How and why would one go about testing such a thing? Wouldn't you want the one that performs the best?

You're asking the wrong question, at the wrong place. I've used AEM, they suck, CAIs suck. Running the risk of hydrolocking the engine, or ingesting a bypass valve spring is not worth it. Plus you wont FEEL ANY power. A performance filter in the stock airbox, or something like an ARC intake is the safest way. NOISE is not cool.
