ac clutch stuck

Hello, I have an 04 accord and my ac cluck will not disengage. I have unplugged the coil and it stays on. also the fan relay burns out in about 4 to 5 minutes after I turn the ac on. Any help would be appreciated.

Um, replace it? Stop running the AC until it's fixed?

Very funny...hard to not use the ac when you start the car and it comes on. Some input on what might be wrong and how to fix it. would be helpful. it is a 2.4. do the clutches on these things get stuck or locked in a way that may keep them on. I am going to pull the clutch off tomorrow.
