96 hatch Frankenstein motor problems

So I was driving my hatch and suddenly I noticed a problem. I pulled over and checked everything but still couldn't figure it out. First I noticed power loss and the it idled bad, over heated, So I pulled over again and got more gas and I noticed that I had to give it a little gas or the motor would shut off. It will only rev up to 25000rpms so I'm guessing it kicked it self into limp mode. I let the car cool down and started heading home and that's where I noticed in about 10 miles it used a half of tank of gas. I had to tow it home and when I got back I drive driving it off the trailer and it didn't have enough power to get off of it alone. We had to give it a little help. With it over heating my turbo was glowing red also.
It's a 96 honda civic hatch back with a Frankenstein built motor. The block is a b18 board out to be a b20. It has a vetch head. Cold Air intake. Turbo charged. The car has 86000 original miles the car was bought and stripped and built from the ground up. Obd1 converted from a obd2.
I check the codes by hopping the circuit for obd1 and I got a code 4 ckp. But everyone doesn't think that's right.
I heard that code 4,6,8 are all dizzy problems. I'm looking to see if anyone else had a problem like this and could tell me what it is.

I am not to sure.
When I tested the map sensor it was low but the car turned over but ran rough.
I thought it was the map sensor so I got a new one and the car wouldn't turnover at all. So I tried the old one and boom it turned over. I am clueless it's been a little while now and I want it to get on the road.
