2 inline fuel pumps.

I have an MSD fuel pump and am getting to the point where I'm going to need to upgrade to a higher capacity pump such as the Aeromotive Eliminator pump. I have an extra MSD pump. Can I run 2 of the MSD pumps (one before fuel rail and one after fuel rail) and create a higher capacity flow under heavy boost or will it basically be the same as it is now. Let me know if you have ever experienced a dual pump setup to makeup for extra flow. Thanks.

Anybody every tried or thought about doing this instead of buying an $300 pump?

I sure wouldn't put a pump AFTER the fuel rail to take fuel pressure away from my injectors.

there are intank and inline pumps.

you can run both inlien and then combine with a Y fitting. Or you can run dual rail feed with bypass to aermotive regulator.

The msd pump are 190gph correct. You can also try to bosch pumps as well they flow alot of fuel

I was going to run the two pumps like such. Have a pump before the rail and then have the secondary pump after the FPR returning the fuel to the cell. I figure that this would be the best way to run it having one push and the other pull the fuel. How much extra flow should I expect to see.

See, the point of a fuel pump is to move fuel to the fuel rail and create pressure for the injectors. By putting a pump after the rail, after the fuel pressure regulator, you'll flow a lot of fuel... in a circle back to the tank. You need a higher capacity pump to push fuel to the injectors, not just through the lines.

Any advice for running two inline fuel pumps : doe this confuse the duty cycle percentage
