It's already been explained. You can make enough room for the nut from the space available on the other side of the turnbuckle. Nothing magical needed.
If that still isn't enough, use a smaller turnbuckle. If you don't want to source one, find a different "kit" that already makes use of one.

^^ plz don't get that trash
Most cars don't need a camber kit. There's nothing wrong with running some negative camber. Search on here for the washer camber trick. But if u can't fix this problem with the existing kit, look at SPC.

Re: why does my skunk2 camber kit keep loosening while driving
reviving this thread to let grumblemarc know you dont know what the **** your talking about. And hopes that if someone is searching this problem finds the cure.
the REAL problem is that with both ends fixed in the knuckle and the inner mount that as the suspension goes through its travel it twist this upper arm because of the arc that it travels. No matter how tight you get the jam nuts they will always loosen.
the CURE take one jam nut off completely and this allows the upper arm/tie-rod to pivot without loosening either jam nut. Or
Install a rod end (spherical) that can move up in the down in the mount/bolt/pivot
I don't know why they make them like this but it SEEMS like a good idea even though its not.
