wheelspin???

i have a 97 integra gsr all stock and earlier today i was in a street race at a red light and when i shifted from 1st to 2nd i noticed the front wheels did a *chirp* sound but only when i hit 2nd. Is this considered wheelspin??? Is it because of my tires or suspension or a combo of both? Has it ever happened to anybody else running all stock???

YES I KNOW i shouldnt be street racing but please no crap about racing, I rarely do it and only when on an empty street!!
