98 civic ex factory equipped abs want to delete. Need more info
Hi I have a 98 civic ex sedan factory abs
wilwood 4p calipers. 12” rotors
rear integra disk brakes. Stock caliper stock rotor
i want to delete abs
ivr acquires dx hatchback 40/40 prop valve(same pn em1)
ive tried my best to do googling
so em1 prop valve has 6 prongs from what I researched 2 prong to master cylinder
4 prongs go from each wheel caliper
my ej8 sedan abs factory equipped prop valve has 4 prong total
2 to master cylinder
2 to abs brake line box (next to battery)
then the abs brake line box is connected with a bunch of hard lines I’m assuming from every single caliper(4x)
now my comprehension skills is that. If I want to delete abs
i essentially just make new brake lines from each brake caliper (4x total going stainless steel)
and 2 new brake line going to the master cylinder
i can rip out 4 hardline from each caliper. 2 hardline from abs box to prop valve. 2 hardline from mc to prop valve
and then I have completed my task of deleting abs
does this sound correct or am I missing something?
the reason I want to delete abs is for a cleaner engine bay look. That is all. Not a daily car. Just a weekend street car
found exactly what I was looking for
incase anyone is thinking of it too

pictures don’t work. But essentially
get yourself a 40/40 prop valve
rear brake lines will mount fine in your 40/40 prop valve
get custom length 2 line from brake booster/ mc to prop valve
get custom length 2x line from each caliper to prop valve
remove all abs related stuff
