Default weird problem with my brake

I just did a 4x114 conversion on my civic and i can get a hard pedal,

things i have change
-complete 96 itr brake conversion
-accord v6 front caliper with 92+ vtec lude 11.1 rotor
-booster/master from a ITR
-stock prop valve for now, i have a 40/40 waiting.

so the prob is, all my 4 calipers are perfectly bleeded but i have no pedal and nothing is leaking.
got any ideas what it can be?

the master isnt good?

thanks

Which is it? Do you have a hard pedal, or do you have no pedal?

Did you bench bleed it?
Is the MC new or used?
Did you overstroke/floor the pedal?

With older/used MCs you do not want to floor the pedal. Over time, crud/corrosion can build up in the area of the bore that is not normally traveled by the pistons in the MC. That area can scuff/damage/cut the piston seals, this will fail the MC.

If the MC had been sitting around empty/dry for a while the seals were most likely already bad before you even bolted it up.

Two things that are never worth chancing used/rebuilt, unless you know the complete history, are water pumps and master cylinders.
