Upper control arm ends cutting through. (pic)
The back end of my upper controls arms have poked through. My civic is moderately lowered (not slammed by any means), and has camber kits in the front. Would bottoming out really hard cause this? I have no idea how long this has been like this.

Either raise the car or increase the front spring rate. Seems simple to me.

I have never seen the back end poke threw. Check the UCA.
Normally the UCA will just bang into the shock tower. (top) Has the car been in any accidents? Possible suspension damage? |

How soft are your springs? You have to be hitting some pretty big potholes down in Knox-Vegas to produce that kind of damage.

I'm in the process of doing a shave/tuck right now so I might as well replace it all. I just didnt want to weld it up and paint it, then 6 months down the road, it bust through again.
My 3 inch exhaust gives me more problems then potholes do :/ I've only really bottomed it out a couple times, but I guess I'll start digging around and see what I can find. |

The bushings are probably worn out and allowing the UCA to shift around, thereby pushing into the fender wall during cornering. That would be my guess anyways...
